Thinking positive is a habit which can only be built over a period of time. It is not one day job. I remember a story where a master martial artist asked Bruce to teach him everything Bruce knew about martial arts. Bruce held up two cups, both filled with liquid. “The first cup,” said Bruce, “represents all of your knowledge about martial arts. The second cup represents all of my knowledge about martial arts. If you want to fill your cup with my knowledge, you must first empty your cup of your knowledge.” This story hold as good in way to positive thinking if you want to fill your inner conscious to positivity you have to first workout on negative thoughts. 1. Changing Paradigm – First and foremost thing is change your paradigm. Look things positively, In this way you will train you brain to think always positive.
2. Keep Smiling – Bring yourself in front of a mirror and force yourself to smile. It really does help change your mood and relieve stress. I also felt lighter because it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown. Slowly it will become your habit and Remember positive smile kills all internal negativism.
3. Meditate – Meditation is best way to relax yourself. It makes you feel unique. During meditation think all universe positivism coming into your body while inhaling and exhale negativism.
There are many other activities which will help you make your life more positive, relaxe and healthy like helping someone, eating healthy food, listening/singing music, daily exercise, deep sleep, Be Thankful whatever god has given to you.
